Skylark is the leading supplier of Aluminum Profiles, also known as a feedstock or most correctly Aluminum profile processed material.

Skylark Provides Anodizing electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish.

Aluminum is ideally suited to anodizing.

Anodizing typically ranges up to 5 mils thickness. The three most common variations of aluminum anodizing include

1. chromicProcess

2. Sulfuric Process

3. And hard Process.

Þ Chromic anodizing utilizes a chromic acid electrolyte and yields the thinnest coatings, only 0.02 to 0.1 mils thick (0.5 to 2.5 microns).

Skylark has a wide range of hard coats of Premium Anodizing Colors. The color of the aluminum after being hard coat anodized depends on the alloy and the thickness of the coating. On some alloys, the color of non-dyed (Class I) aluminum after hard anodizing will change to a grey/bronze color; on others, the aluminum will turn gray-black.
